    so planning to work on a program to help create Z-souls and other programs too.

    these programs will take hex values and convert them to the appropriate reading.

    first the floats in dbi files are in big endian format by the looks of it.   i don’t know what format Integers use, could be the same.

    haven’t coded yet.  going to see about using C# for the language for easy file access. also it will work from the xenoverse folder where the game is. the program will create a folder called Z-souls and  in this folder is a xml or text file giving details about values of things for each z soul.  Z soul naming and descriptions will be added to help also with that but won’t be in at first.

    no coding started yet cause i want opinions on design before going ahead. also this will be a learning experience for me as i never modified byte values in a program before.

    on another note. we need to organize the data for what we know about Z-souls into 1 single Post from the making z-soul thread. would help me and other do things easier.

    the way this works it takes data from an xml file for a zsoul you created or someone else and replaces a Z soul you choose with its data.
    i am designing the program so i can add other z souls easily without editing the code every time. so if i only add support for replace the first z soul only, i can later easily add the others without going into the code or someone else can.

    I am admitting that i was mistaken on somethings. one being the file is little endian not big endian.  possibly the some of the values use something other that floats.

    I like it very much. Don’t forget the transformation duration, enemy stamina eraser, reinforcement duration, time to revive allies, hp amount when ally revived, damage received by normal attack,kiblast, super attack,kiblast. I am trying to help you. Your job is great.

    i am doing a small program before starting to code this one fully.  this small program is just to experiment with byte replacing in files so i get the idea how its done in code.

    I am going to redesign it again. what your looking at is probably close to what it might be.

    planned instruction on how to use is place talisman_item.idb in same location as program. then when the program starts it will retrieve the data from the Z-soul file and load it up.

    I have started Coding it.

    Planned Features:

    edit stats of all z-souls. (release feature)

    share Z-souls you create with others easily and allow others to apply them over any existing  Z-soul of their choice. (I will add this after i release it in a future version)

    Secret feature (release feature, unrelated to Z-souls)
