    well, this topic had to be discussed.  first thing i should mention is this is easier to achieve than costumes by the looks of it.  these things load up into an expandable list which should be a matter of figuring out where to put data.  idb files i figured out where they would stop at for reading data.

    assume this is the first line of the idb file:

    00 00 00 00 0F 0F 0F 0F FF FF FF FF 00 00 00 00

    it tell where to stop in FF FF FF FF location. this hex is what ID value it stops at like if set to 04 it will stop at the item ID’ed as 04

    well, made a breakthrough. we can add Z-souls without having to modify existing ones.
