Removes the cape from the Saiyaman outfit for player characters. I've only tested it for HUM, HUF, and MAM, but since all this does is replace the cape mesh with nothing, I'm pretty confident it'll work for every race and with any shader mods, so I included files for all races/genders.

I really want to do the same for the hero suit, but can't find the IDs anywhere. If anybody has them, please let me know!
