Tech-Noir’s Cel-Shade Overhaul X2M
Entire roster of playable characters from the series re textured to look more like the anime. All bosses, Shenron, and Transformations included.
As new DLC is released I'll add the new characters. Version 6 has now changed to the x2m format.
Let me know if there are any modded characters you want me to cel shade.

Tech-Noir’s Cel-Shade Overhaul X2M is a new, enhanced version of the original Cel-Shade. It has a better texture, more colors, and more options. There are so many amazing colors to choose from that it’s hard to decide which one is right for you. Hopefully this cel-shading mod will finally receive an update this time, with dlc 13 being out since a week and all the characters as well as some tweaks here and there, that needs to be shaded.

Do you plan to update this? It’s almost two years since the last update and there are a few characters, who still need to be shaded.
