This is the first in hopefully many skill packs that I plan to make that will revolve around the skill-set of certain characters. The 16 skills in this pack are all based on Goku Black Rosé's skills. The changes in these skills are mostly cosmetic, aside from the fact that the Super Black Kamehameha Rosé skills have had a drastically reduced startup time, making them as useful as Super Black Kamehameha.

Note that the Super Black Kamehameha Emerald doesn't have the right starting effect. This happens because of how I edited the blast so that the green actually showed up properly.

Also, due to the overall appearance of the Divine Retribution blast when recoloured, I opted for a different blast. Note that this blast does not increase or change the hitbox of the original attack, as I don't know how to change that yet. Please feel free to request future cosmetic skill packs, and which characters you want to see next!

P.S. Sudden Death Beam variants may be done soon, if I can figure out a way to retexture the blast properly so that the purple doesn't remain, otherwise it won't look right.
