Is there a way to have a custom SYM base moveset, but still have it transform with the skills? Because it seems to be one or the other regardless of the order you install things

when I change my moveset to the ui goku moveset the charged heavy has false hit detection by going into the startup grab animation causing it to miss the targeted enemy entirely, is there any way to fix that?

Thats because when a moveset is built its part of the process is making it work more fluid with each char that your setting it up with…this skips this process and can cause combo drops
