FINAL EMPEROR

YES I'M GOING TO DO THIS FOR BREAKER ENERGY WAVE AS WELL!!! 

Now that we've got that out of the way, I'VE DONE IT!!! I finally figured out how to give unlimited uses to the Last Emperor ability. Something that I was waiting for someone else to do but no one ever did. Now it works like any other ultimate. 

It requires 3 bars of ki and that's it.
