It is mandatory to have the Goku Ultra Instinct mod installed FIRST. https://videogamemods.com/xenoverse/mods/goku-ultra-instinct-pride-trooper-official-release/

First unzip the rar file and then go to the folder where they have installed their dragon ball xenoverse 2, dragon ball xenoverse 2/data/system and paste the file there.
