This is a mod that allows Frieza Race characters to have a Janemba Costume.This is in a similar sense of Frieza having a wearable costume.

Place the files "FRI_311" files in DB Xenoverse 2/data/chara/FRI.

If you don't have a FRI folder than make one inside the chara folder and place the files in the chara folder.If you don't have a chara folder than make one inside the data folder then make a FRI folder inside the chara.If this is your first mod with patcher then make a data folder in your dbxenoverse 2 directory than a chara in the data and then a fri in the chara then place the files there.
