Thanks to zukenft and his mod (https://videogamemods.com/xenoverse/mods/towa-clothes-with-cloak/) for the idea and reference.

This mod adds a colorable Towa's outfit for female Majin. The outfit is more or less seamless and has the mantle combined with the top piece, physics attached. There's two versions, one regular and another with steam holes on the body. I think you can have both, but they're basically the same.

Not much to add here, just watch the video for the physics.
