Well, I have been reminded a lot to update Majin Vegeta's moveset... Finally, I have done so, and now you can cancel out of just about anything in his moveset... Probably won't be updating this character after this, because I still have more movesets/skills that I am set on making and putting out...

Now able to move after Stamina Breaks/Knockbacks without being stuck in animation...
