New Power Up Skills
I created 2 new Power Up (Charging) Skills, those are specific to some characters and can be used by Cacs too
1/ Divine Charge: it suits Goku Black SSR because this skill has the original sound effects of the SS Rosé Aura.
2/ Ultimate Charge: it suits Characters with SSB transformation (like Goku, Vegeta, Gogeta and Vegito...)
Both Skills regenerate Ki faster than Maximum Charge, they also slightly regenerate Stamina
If you are close to your opponent and activate the skill, it will send him flying away.
Credits:
- Lazybone (for Goku SSB and Vegeta SSB)
- Ashref94 (for Gogeta Blue)
- SuperHuman (for Goku Black SSR)
