This mod provides SSJ4 Vegeta to be added to the game without the pre order. He replaces Vegeta's last slot. he also has his tail with working animation as well.

This mod also gives Vegeta's last slot the SSJ4 moves,character slot name, z-soul, and his normal SSj4 stats with out editing the z-soul.

Simple. Just drag into your data2 folder and read the Read me file!
