This is a variation of Dabura's Evil Blast that is not a counter move. This means that just like with most other Ultimates, you can just fire away at will.

The ingame name of the skill is "Evil Blast Assault".

In addition to this move no longer being a Counter move, the following adjustments have been made:

-Initiating the move no longer stuns the opponent (naturally)

-Initiating the move won't teleport you

-The blast comes out earlier, since the entire teleporting part has been removed.

-The damage the move does on block has been heavily reduced. The original move still dealt around 70% of it's damage when blocked. This has been adjusted to be in line with other moves.

-The invulnerability of the move has been tweaked, so that one is vulnerable to being stamina broken by Super Dashes during the entire duration.

-The speed of the projectile has been increased slightly

-The skill costs 4 bars of Ki instead of 3

Known Issues:

If the move is used while standing on the floor, your character won't vertically adjust themselves to the opponent, causing the projectile to simply fly straight ahead. I haven't been able to find a fix for this yet.

It's an X2M mod, so it's installed through the usual procedure.

Once installed, you can purchase it from the Skill Shop for one Zeni under the name "Evil Blast Assault".
