Hi so here is my first mod of the Super Saiyan Blue charge. This adds a skill that acts the same as maximum charge but with custom sounds of Super Saiyan Blue from the dbs anime. I wanted to have the actual Blue aura come up when used but I have no idea how to do that so this can be a sort of resource for someone's ssb character mod, Just please give credit if used in your mod thanks.

(Used the custom sound over Maximum Charge just for the video demonstration, it is actually separate.)
