Adds DUAL skills to all vanilla characters (excluding Corrupted Zamasu, Demigra and Final Form Mira)

I did this for fun, sorry if it sucks, feel free to improve it or use it for whatever mods idk.

Step 1: Run Lazybones Installer

Step 2: Copy and Paste the contents of the "COPY ME" file onto the end of the "XV2P_SLOTS" file.

• Updated to Supreme Kai of Time Update.
• No longer required to remove all mods before installation
