Togarashi an alternate universe son of Raditz. Much more powerful than his father and a rare black tailed Saiyan he has a bit better of a moral compass than Raditz. He's not perfect as he is an assassin in his universe but he does his best to make sure his targets deserve to die before taking the job. (Figured a little backstory would help people justify downloading him.)
