This skill is not only a recolor of the Neo Tri-Beam,

I have added a stamina breack effect in the first shots and removed the enemy's pushback

so Cell can die in his damn place, just like Tien tried to held him.

Flashing effects added with every shot and his true yellow color like in the anime

Very OP skill, you can shot 13 times if your stamina can handle it,

most enemies can be defeated just using this attack once.
