Introducing Universal Spirit Bomb from the 100% Series! I had a lot of fun making this skill, and it was even more fun to use it once it was finished! This skill is based off the final Spirit Bomb that Goku uses in Dragon Ball Z against Kid Buu.

Universal Spirit Bomb:

High damage.

A lot larger and faster.

Cannot be blocked, and can cancel enemies out of their attacks even if they have superarmor.

Has a cool finishing animation with the user going Super Saiyan.
