A simple mod. This is meant to (mostly) replicate the effects of the Viral Heart Disease capsule from Budokai 3. This poisons the user and all enemies until the effects are healed from another super soul, a Mr. Antidote capsule, or the best cure for all ills, death, but also gives the user a very slight increase to all stats to give them an extra edge. Originally, it was supposed to only affect a targeted enemy, but I couldn't make it work, so it's all enemies now. Hope you all like it!
