Hi, my name is Libra, or Frowning Clown, on this site you know me as LimboTheorum. I'm a CAC modder, meaning I make Cac's of fans, I had someone on Xbox message me asking me to make a Cac, they gave me a hand drawn comic, and I saw potential, so I put the character into XV2, added Lazybones ssj4 and now it's here.
